Sectéra™ Interoperable Security Architecture from General Dynamics Decision Systems

IP Encryption

The Datacryptor™ 2000 IP is the newest member of Thales’ family of proven network encryptors, and provides the strongest encryption technology available commercially, using Triple DES (168-bit key) as standard. In addition, the unit accepts customized/national algorithms, and is the first IP encryptor that can be soft-upgraded in place for Advanced Encryption Standard (AES).

Fax

Depending on the requirement, AOS offers two different approaches to fax encryption. One approach is to use a traditional RJ-11 fax machine with a standalone, RJ-11 fax encrytor. Another approach is to use the data port of the voice encryptor with a special purpose RS-232 ported fax machine.

Data

For data, AOS offers several high and low speed data encryptors along with some specialized hardware and software encryption solutions. The selection of a data encryptor is very application specific.
